Birth Charts

The birth chart is described as a map of the planets at the time of birth.  Each birth chart is unique and paints a personal portrait of you.  It can show how you are likely to perceive reality and process experiences.

When it comes to astrology most people are aware of their sun sign and basic characteristics.   The Sun is extremely important in the chart however, it does not describe how you feel (Moon), your communication and learning style (Mercury), your capacity to attract (Venus) or your ability to act, assert and initiate (Mars).

To fully understand and describe your sun we need to look at the entire birth chart, where it is located in the birth chart (by house) and what other planets have an angular relationship (aspect) to it.
